Living an experience by the River Spree

Customer: DEUTSCHBAU und Frankfurter Siedlungsgesellschaft
Construction time: 21 months, 1998 - 1999

Extraordinary architecture characterises the "snake" at the Moabiter Werder. The snake skin is made of more than 6 million clinker bricks and, on the south side, of continuous facade bands created with from lightweight metal windows.

In the atria, the four solitary objects bring "Art in construction" and comfortable living to mind. Its proximity to the Lehrte railway line meant that high noise control standards had to be met. On-time delivery and high quality were guaranteed by professional project and construction managers.

 

 

 

Building in confined space

Customer: Westinvest, Gesellschaft für Investmentfonds mbH, Düsseldorf
Construction time: May 2004 - February 2005

Creation of a residential development, terrace and ground floor level and 4 upper floors, including the clinker brick facade. Development in a gap with no outside space as the land is developed.
