Laying of 140 m urban duct and 1.2 km of cable protection pipe. 1,000 t of asphalt was installed.
Special features:
Asphalt surface with colour additive and subsequent grinding process. 8,500 square metres of natural stone paving, 1,200 square metres of natural stone slabs and a 2-line channel of natural stone paving approximately 600 m long were laid as well as 52 underfloor gratings.

LEONHARD WEISS and McDonald's – a strong team for many years
LEONHARD WEISS has been building for McDonald's in Germany and throughout Europe for almost 20 years (participation in more than 100 new building projects).
First foreign project in 2003 in Luxembourg (Bereldange). Since 2005, renovations and terrace extensions for various McCafés, which are integrated into existing with their high-quality lounge ambience (shop-in-shop system). Since autumn 2008, we have been commissioned as the general contractor.
Special challenge: 10 weeks construction time for each restaurant.
The 30 general contractor projects executed so far stand out for their contemporary designs and high quality interiors with modern materials and structured outdoor facilities.
