Underground car park 1st Basement, ultra high pressure water concrete removal, concrete placing, renovation of supports and walls, 1,100 square metres of OS-8 coating.

Facts and figures:
Underground car park 1st basement level and 2nd basement level, 2,500 square metres of GA 30 mm laid on a separating layer and on Baryprene 25 SI sealing, renovation of supports and walls.

 

 

 

Customer: Holy AG, 72544 Metzingen

Concrete restoration: Ultra high pressure water removal of floor surfaces, 2,000 square metres, and wall/support bases of approximately 450 square metres using chloride; removal depth 5-8 cm; peeling and removal by milling the old floor coating over approximately 9,000 square metres; subterranean preparation of base areas by sandblasting. Production and reprofiling of base areas using shotcrete, 25 cubic metres. PCC fine filler on the base areas, approximately 750m. Application of an OS 4 coating on the wall/support skirtings. Floor surface and base skirtings OS 11 b.

Sealing: Sealing pursuant to ZTV-ING seal, polymer bituminous welded sheeting and poured asphalt, 9,000 square metres; sealing of base areas using liquid plastic and integrated fleece.
Other services: Dismantling of existing drains, delivery and installation of one lot of full face flange type parking level inlets; delivery and installation of one lot of full face flange construction gulleys; lot of full face flange and adhesive bulkhead fittings and coating transition elbows.

Disassembly and installation of fire doors; delivery and installation of base flashing, space and roadway marking work over approximately 9,000 square metres.
