There comes a time when a long-standing bridge will need to be replaced. It may be related to age and structural considerations or efficiency to improve the flow of traffic. Either way LEONHARD WEISS will ensure that normal traffic is not impacted. All requirements will be addressed during the construction of the permanent structure including culverts, roads, paths, but most importantly we will do a complete analysis of the underlying substructure to guarantee that your project begins on a firm foundation.

- Transport of temporary bridges
- Installation using their own front rail hoisting cranes (GS 150.17 TR or KRC 1200UIC)
- Installation from lateral storage using truck cranes
- Installation of temporary bridges in tandem

Römerallee Öhringen

Construction time: 10/2004 - 06/2005

Facts and figures:
To achieve a bridge length of 52 m per track, it was necessary to install two bridges per track next to each other. This was achieved by means of a temporary bridge consisting of a twin beam temporary bridge and a dual-chamber temporary bridge in succession. To be able to create the intermediate support; two small reinforced temporary bridges first had to be installed.
