We perform all welding work on track materials and components using all processes - for operational tracks of Deutsche Bahn AG (performed pursuant to Guideline 826.1020. I), non-federal railways and transport companies.
- Aluminothermic fusion welding (AS-SKV process) in tracks and switches
- Arc welding in the E/MF process
- Arc welding on track components in the E/MF process
- Creation of insulated joints of the MT type
- Building up by arc welding of switches (common crossings) and tracks

We also perform the following services:
- Construction management for the execution of stress equalisation in continuous welded
rails/switches pursuant to Guideline 826.1030
- Unloading of long welded rails from flat waggons of up to 180 m in length with our EMD-type long
rail unloading equipment
- Loading and unloading of rails of up to 60 m in length from public rail waggons with the CR rail
handling equipment
