Turnkey construction of a truck service operation with outdoor and open-air facilities. The tenant is MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH.
The administrative area with a prestigious entrance hall is located in the eastern part of the building. This is bordered by service areas, the MAN shop, office space and a drivers' stopover. The sales team offices and a meeting room are on the floors above. A spare parts store with storage rack systems is located at the rear of the administrative area. The workshop is connected via a staircase to the social areas on the 1st floor.
To the west, the truck repair lanes, which are related to machine workstations, rooms adjacent to the workshop, storage containers, storage areas and the foremen's areas form the main repair space. A washing bay, parts washing room and the diagnostic test track with brake test stand and axle clearance test form the end of the site.

The ultra-modern facade of glass and mirrors covers the two-storey reinforced concrete frame construction, with basic measurements of 72 to 22.4 metres.
The basement contains the essential technical and storage spaces and a naturally ventilated garage.
The ground floor has a spacious entrance hall with an exhibition and meeting area, which is closed off by a transparent porch.
Management, distribution and sales offices are located on the first floor; glazed gardens attached to the cafeteria connect the work and rest areas.
