New hotel with 120 one and two bedroom apartments in the centre of München. A building height of 24.50 m with a total of 8 floors. Floor area: 5,641 square metres, complete with an underground car park.
Special features:
- Complex foundations and underpinning work
- Entrance facade as EIFS with natural stone cladding
- Roof in a "coffin lid" shape with a flat green roof and sloping surfaces
- Standing seam made of stainless steel sheet
- Baths in the form of fully prefabricated cells
- All apartments have fitted wardrobes and kitchen units
- Extremely cramped construction site
