VDE 8.1 ABS Nuremberg - Ebensfeld, PA 21 Altendorf - Strullendorf

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The upgrade of the high-speed line VDE 8.1 between Munich and Berlin is one of the largest construction projects in Germany. LEONHARD WEISS has already contributed to this project with several PMInfra construction sites over the past years.

For the project PA 21 Altendorf-Strullendorf we carry out the project management infrastructure projects (PMInfra) with the business divisions track construction, civil engineering, engineering construction and the railway technology division (general contractor network construction) for a 10 km long section of the leg Nuremberg-Ebensfeld including the creation of the execution planning for all trades, during which the two-track, electrified existing line is upgraded to tour tracks.

This includes all earthworks, drainage of the line, underground cable engineering, noise protection walls, track construction, platform works, superstructure works, as well as engineering construction.
