Thanks to LEAN Construction, LEONHARD WEISS works on the optimisation of two central fields: maximum satisfaction of our customers, and also of our employees.
LEAN is our wholistic approach to improving construction processes. We use different methods to reach the optimum structure of work processes and efficiently organise work materials. We thus facilitate everybody’s work and generate reliability for all participants.
The use of LEAN methods aims at improving the cooperation between all participants of a project. Together with our customers, we consistently strive for a common objective. The well-being of our employees and fair cooperation with all project participants always are the central points of focus.
With methods like the Last-Planner method, the work cycle planning method or the 5S method we reduce quality deviations, disturbances, and accidents. This leads to more stability and efficiency in the construction processes. Our specially trained LEAN experts support the construction sites in developing and applying these methods.
