Dieter Straub has been a member of the management since 1998. Since August 1, 2018, he has been leading the company as Chairman of the Board (CEO). Since 1998 Dieter Straub has been in charge of engineering and turnkey construction. He also heads the division Corporate management.
Since January 1, 2015 Marcus Herwarth heads rail infrastructure.
Since April 1, 2018 Robert Kreß heads road building and network construction.
Since January 1, 2014 Ralf Schmidt heads the strategical division Technology.
Since January 1, 2014 Stefan Schmidt-Weiss heads the strategical division Resources and Holdings.
