Renovation of road surface and partial enlargement

- Renovation of about 55,000 m² surface and binder layer on a length of 3,400 m
- Complete upgrade (combined antifreeze and base course 0.36 m – asphalt base course 0.22 m – asphalt binding course 0,085 m – asphalt surface layer / mastic asphalt 0.035 m) due to an enlargement of the road by 0.5 m on a length of 1,400 m at the beginning and at the end of construction works
- Installation of 12,600 t asphalt binder, 0.085 m thick
- Installation of 3,600 t melted asphalt, 0.035 m thick
- Installation of 1,300 t asphalt surface, 0.035 m thick
- Dismantling and new construction of 1,200 m slit gutter

Customer: Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, ehemals Autobahndirektion NordbayernConstruction period: 19 months Year of Construction: 2020–2021
- Expansion of the service station with recreation area by 174 parking spaces for passenger cars, 132 parking spaces for trucks, 20 parking spaces for busses and caravans and several parking spaces for heavy load trucks In addition to that, the entire drainage installation, as well as all power supply facilities and lighting were newly installed. An access building to an existing supply tunnel situated below the motorway BAB A3 was also constructed.

Restoration and upgrade Virngrundtunnel in two construction phases (eastern and western tunnel tube)

- Restoration and upgrade of concrete interior shell, as well as equipment of tunnel tubes on the basis of RABT
- Milling and new construction of the 20,000 m² concrete and asphalt road surface (10,000 m² of which inside the two tunnel tubes)
- Construction of a retention system for hazardous liquids consisting of disaster basin, control manhole, as well as renovation of the existing chute on a length of 200 m
- Construction of a circular water supply pipe consisting of a 1,100 m long water supply system incl. two valve boxes at the two portals of the tunnel and a booster station
