By means of solar roads and the all-round support of LEONHARD WEISS municipal institutions, enterprises or industrial companies are now able to expand their power supply beyond the public network. The rapidly available decentralised solutions are especially suitable for use by the owners themselves – particularly in case of lacking network connections. Local and ecological infrastructure can be created for the direct consumption of electricity at independent plants. At the same time, solar roads offer the possibility of exploiting already existing usable surfaces for the production of energy, from bicycle paths over access roads and parking areas or other possibilities. This also means: no additional sealing of natural ground, no planning procedures in the open countryside.
